 We provide online relationship counseling for women and couples across Michigan, supporting communication, connection, and healing within relationships.
 

Relationships—especially marriage—can be one of life’s greatest sources of love, growth, and security, but they can also bring deep pain when things feel stuck, disconnected, or hurtful.


You might be navigating repeated conflicts that leave you exhausted, struggling to communicate without shutting down or escalating, feeling unseen or unappreciated despite giving so much, rebuilding after betrayal or infidelity, setting boundaries in a partnership that’s become unbalanced, or simply longing for more intimacy, understanding, and joy in your marriage or relationship. 


We use an integrative, personalized approach that meets you (and your relationship) exactly where you are, blending proven modalities to support both practical skills and deeper emotional healing. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) provides structured, effective tools to identify and shift unhelpful patterns.


 Many couples also experience strain during pregnancy and postpartum—therapy can help rebuild connection during these transitions.
 

Research shows CBT is highly effective for improving marital satisfaction, reducing relational distress, and strengthening connection.
