Trauma can leave deep, invisible marks—flashbacks that pull you back without warning, hypervigilance that keeps you on edge, numbness that makes it hard to feel anything, shame that whispers you're "broken," avoidance of people/places/memories, or a constant sense that the world isn't safe. As women, trauma often shows up in layered ways: relational or sexual trauma, birth trauma, childhood experiences, domestic violence, medical trauma, or the cumulative impact of microaggressions and societal pressures.


These experiences can disrupt trust, self-worth, relationships, sleep, and even your sense of who you are. Healing from trauma isn't about "getting over it"—it's about gently reclaiming safety in your body, rebuilding a sense of agency, and rediscovering hope and wholeness. You deserve a space where your story is honored, your pace is respected, and your strength is seen.


We blend in Humanistic-Existential therapy to support deeper healing—exploring questions of meaning, identity, self-worth, and authenticity after trauma. This approach helps you reconnect with your inherent value, process the impact of loss or betrayal, cultivate self-compassion, and rebuild a sense of purpose and possibility in a world that once felt unsafe.


I provide online trauma therapy for women across Michigan, supporting clients through PTSD, past trauma, and the process of healing and rebuilding a sense of safety.
